Ok, so I didn't go out to a garden 
to find these lovely tulips.
 My husband bought me tulips
in a glass jar for Valentine's Day.
 
You keep the water level just
below the bulbs so that the 
roots stay hydrated.
They have lasted over a week
and have been lovely to 
watch them grow and grow!

Went out to pack the recyclables
into my car to take down to the Recycle Center
which is on the way to my yoga class.
Stepped outside into a wonderland
of dense fog hiding the trees
and the street.
Lovely!

Anther rainy day in Houston -
sometimes the garden comes to you!

This leaf was sitting on my windshield
as I drove away from my house this morning.
I noticed and paused at the 
stop sign at the end of our street,
grabbed my cell phone, and got a shot.
 A neighbor had just pulled up behind me
so I had start driving again.
I am glad I got the one shot,
because by the time I got to the next
stop sign, it had blown away!
